The Bank
Bank24.ru has been operating at the financial services market of Sverdlovsk Region since 1992. During this time, Bank24.ru has proved to be stable and reliable financial and credit institution. The development strategy of Bank24.ru is to organize automated bank system providing twenty-four-hour service for customers, which is stated in its name.
In 2008 Bank24.ru joined the Financial Group Life. Bank24.ru was one of the first banks of the Ural to participate in the mandatory deposits insurance system, and it was included into the Register of the banks being participants of the mandatory deposits insurance system on February 24, 2005.
The experience of Bank24.ru in the sphere of development and certification of the quality management system is unique: Bank24.ru has implemented Money Back principle (the financial guarantee of the services quality) and is the first Russian financial and credit institution to pass the certification process under the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000, and in August 2009 Bank24.ru successfully passed an audit in terms of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standard.
In April 2008 Bank24.ru also became the first Russian Bank to get certificate for the set of Internet settlement services for the customers under the international information security standard ISO 27001:2005.
Today the Bank has 16 locations, 15 of them provide financial services 24/7 (round the clock). 11 offices of the Bank are located in Ekaterinburg; offices also operate in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Tagil and Chelyabinsk. According to statistics, at night customers are serviced every 4 minutes in the Bank’s round-the-clock offices.
Bank24.ru takes the 15th place in terms of assets among the banks of the Ural Federal district and the 6th place among the financial and credit institutions of Ekaterinburg with total assets of RUR 10 billion 744 million (as of 01.10.2009 according to the Expert Ural Analytical Centre). It also takes the 166th place in the rating of the largest Russian banks formed by Kommersant Money Business Weekly (as of October 1, 2009). RusRating has assigned Bank24.ru "ВВ-" credit rating with a stable outlook.
Based on the results of 2009, the Internet-banking of Bank24.ru has become the leader of the “Users’ rating” of the Banki.ru portal.
